you know passed way from Breast cancer. I deal with this everyday not just because I Breast Cancer Awareness Month. How do I get comfort, my heart hurts so much.

We all deal with death and loss differently.

Personally I deal with death by remembering why I loved someone, and trying to be the person they would expect me to be, rather than dwelling on how much I miss them.

I wave lost several people to breast cancer including my maternal grandfather and my mother and both my sister and I have had to fight breast cacner.

I look at this month as an opportunity to honour my mother's memory by helping to raise awareness.

I guess I am a glass half full person.
